Condition of thisĀ originalĀ football jersey is 8/10 - Excellent. Some small bobblesĀ & littleĀ pullsĀ (see photos).

Then, during the qualifying campaign for theĀ 1998 FIFA World Cup, theĀ AzzurriĀ beatĀ EnglandĀ atĀ WembleyĀ for the second time with Zola scoring the only goal. In theĀ final tournament, Italy found themselves in another critical shootout for the third World Cup in a row.

The Italian side, whereĀ Del PieroĀ and Baggio renewed the controversialĀ staffettaĀ (relay) between Mazzola and Rivera from 1970, held the eventual World Champions and host teamĀ FranceĀ to a 0–0 draw after extra time in the quarterfinals, but lost 4–3 in the shootout. With two goals scored in this tournament,Ā Roberto BaggioĀ is still the only Italian player to have scored in three differentĀ FIFA World CupĀ editions.Ā Ā
