Official Lotto Juventus home long sleeved football shirt from the 2002/03 season. Complete with Thuram #2 on the back of the shirt in official lettering, and embroidered Scudetto shield (Serie A champions) patch on the chest.

The condition of this vintage football jersey is 7/10 - Good. A large faint mark on the lower front. One small faint dot mark on the sleeve. Fading to the rear name & number (see photos).


In the summer of 2001, Thuram made a transfer to Juventus, along with goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon. Thuram formed defensive partnerships with the likes ofĀ Ciro Ferrara,Ā Paolo Montero,Ā Gianluca Pessotto,Ā Mark Iuliano,Ā Alessandro Birindelli,Ā Igor Tudor,Ā Gianluca Zambrotta,Ā Nicola Legrottaglie,Ā Fabio Cannavaro,Ā Giorgio Chiellini,Ā Federico BalzarettiĀ andĀ Jonathan ZebinaĀ during his five-year tenure with the club.

In his first season with the club, as a right back underĀ Marcello Lippi, Thuram won theĀ 2001–02 Serie AĀ title, also reaching the final of theĀ 2001–02 Coppa Italia. Juventus started the following season by winning theĀ 2002 Supercoppa Italiana, and defended theirĀ Serie A title, also reaching theĀ UEFA Champions League final, where they were defeated by rivalsĀ MilanĀ on penalties.

Juventus won theĀ 2003 Supercoppa ItalianaĀ the following season, reaching anotherĀ Coppa Italia final, but finished in a disappointing 3rd place inĀ Serie A, and failed to progress past the second round in theĀ Champions League.

Conte also finished runner-up in theĀ 1995 UEFA Cup FinalĀ with the club. He remained with the Turin club until his retirement inĀ 2004. During his 13 seasons with Juventus, he made a total of 295 appearances and 29 goals in Serie A, and 418 appearances and 43 goals in all competitions.
