At Classic11 Football Shirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage kit; if your order isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the shirt is in its original condition with all tags still attached and no signs of wear or washing.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the football shirt in its original packaging and include a note with your order number and request for refund or exchange.

  Ship to HQ

  Send the package via a tracked postal service to our returns department; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for authenticity and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
